You are growing so fast Huddy Buddy! You now have 4 teeth! Your top right tooth broke through on 4/13. Wow, you can bite too! I love that you can't help but see your bottom teeth when you smile now. It totally changes your face to see those teeth! You have the sweetest disposition. You are seriously the sweetest baby ever. You are definitely finding your voice. You love to "sing" at the top of your lungs in the car (and sometimes in restaurants). People are always telling us how sweet and precious you are... and they are right. You are so adorable!
We're still trying to figure out the best schedule for you. You seem to be really hungry mid-afternoon so we're trying to work in an extra meal without overfeeding you and ruining your dinner. You are very inconsistent with your late afternoon nap too. So, a lot of days, you come home tired and hungry.
You started pulling up on 4/10. You were reaching for my phone, which was playing "Pete The Cat - I love my white shoes". You LOVE Pete The Cat. You will stop whatever you're doing and listen, dance, smile, and giggle to the book and song. You haven't consistently pulled up to a standing position but you are very good at pulling up to your knees and balancing without holding on to anything. You are also much faster and going from a crawling position to a sitting position. You crawl so fast now! You want to follow us through the house but we're still working on child-proofing.
You love to gurgle, coo, and goo. You like to say "hey". You don't really babble yet (mamamamama, dadadadada, etc...) which kind of bothers me as your speech therapist mommy but, I do know kids who have skipped this milestone and gone straight to words. Every kid is different. I preach it all day at work and now I have to start listening to it myself. You have started imitating a fake cough, which totally cracks us up, you included.
I love you baby. You are so amazing. Every day, I love you more than I could ever imagine possible.
