12 Weeks!

Hi baby!

We are 12 weeks along today! I am so excited because this is the last week of the scary first trimester. I've really tried to do everything I can to keep us both safe and healthy. Some things are easy... don't drink, smoke, do drugs :). Some things have been hard... limited caffeine, no hot baths, no medicine (I think I'm getting a sinus/ear infection). Some things have been weird like no deli meat unless it's heated to steaming.

You are the size of a plum this week! Your face is becoming more defined. Your tiny fingernails on your tiny fingers are well formed. Soon you will be able to open and close your hand.
